- Patient communication and reporting were spread across several tools. That made it hard to control who could do what, and hard to see a clear record of it.

- Built on ASP.NET Core and SQL Server with sign-in and user management.
- Integrated Twilio for patient SMS.
- Kept audit records for actions taken in the system.
- Fed reporting through Google Sheets and Power BI integrations.
